Today’s Prompt:
They sat impatiently in the little room, waiting for the doctor to come in. They have been married for ten years and were trying to have a baby for quite some time. It was the waiting and the anticipation that were causing tension in their fragile relationship. The frustration every month, the timing as well the physical and mental strain while undergoing IVF treatment. They’ve decided that if it was negative again, they would stop trying and just accept the fact that there won’t be any offspring. …then, in the middle of the noise… the doctor gave them the news that will change their lives – they are going to have a baby!
