This is our version of Chicken Arrabiata. Chop garlic, onions, chillies and stir-fry them in the pan with a little bit of oil. Add chopped bacon, let it get brown. Add chopped chicken, let it get brown. Add a tin of tomatoes, let it simmer. Add Italian herbs, salt, pepper to taste. Simmer. Best served with whole meal pasta, a bottle of red or white wine. Enjoy your meal!
